Greetings.
First of all I would like to thank you of all your good services and contributions to our country and to your fellow countrymen.
I was interested and concerned to the issue of Black Sand Mining in our town Ilocos Sur. So I would like to asked to your good office to give action to this concerned issue. They said, Black Sand Mining has no effect to our beaches in Ilocos. But what happened to the Mindoro Beach in Mindoro Vigan? The coastal areas were destroyed and now,the beach can no longer be preserve but to restore.
I am hoping for your further action for this issue.Thank you sir. May God Bless You!!!
